| The company used to be awesome, back in 2003, 2004. Now days trouble tickets go for days or even weeks without being answered.
Their virtual server boxes are crowded and often "neighboring" domains effect you heavily. They are over extended and need infrastructure upgrades.
I'll be moving my domain. |

Pues la verdad es que muy bien, muy contento. Todo funciona a la perfección, rápido... En fin, lo mejor que puedo decir es que "no he tenido ningún problema", y esto no es poco.
Y el soporte y ayuda que ofrecéis por email y por teléfono es excelente

| The main site:
Looks nice, very clean, very basic. Only what you need to see. Nothing too in your face, easy colours, nice to look at.
Easy to navigate round.
After sales is a little more complex though, as you have a few extra options available, and when you first get this, you don't know where to go. This is quickly resolved, within 20 minutes, you will have found the link for cPanel.
The service:
Brilliant speeds, nothing to worry about on that account. The speeds are tremendous, and have ping time less than 20ms! (60ms is the highst you should go for on a host).
cPanel is very detailed, with video instructions.
I have not yet to be caught out from there. All the info you need is provided!
The whole process takes less than 30 minutes from purchase to having everything there ready for you. Very fast!. The uptime has been very well no no downtime so far.
Customer Support:
Excellent. If there was one higher, I would choose that!
Talking to the staff is smooth, easy, they are able to give you technical answers, and make you feel comfortable.
