| They said they have a money back guarnatee. I cancelled my account and they refused to give me my money back claiming I had used bandwidth and was not elgible for it. The support was horrible as well. It took almost 2 days for one ticket to get a response. |

| i have been hosted by the site since they first open and he been very reliable and i want to tell you this boy who own it is very nice and have gave 24/7 support he never offline he will come on to help anybody. When you have not paided your bill he would take care of that but let me tell you something he never lied to me or any of his clients so i rate him a 10/10 |

| Dunno how much I can put here, but the guy who owns it is friendly and helpful. I've been hosted by him for awhile now, and there HAVE been some issues, but not enough to warrant switching to a new host. YES, it DOES go down, however it has not been down RECENTLY. Throughout this year he has switched servers MORE than once, and it has been a major inconvenience, but I really cannot blame the host for this since most of the time it was the fault of somebody else.
I would highly recommend them despite the problems in the past, as it seems he has worked everything out as of now. There have been issues with the MySQL database, however they seem to have been negated as of recently.
I only gave them a 5 out of 10 because of the problems in the past, but they have improved greatly over the last few months, so I highly recommend them despite my rating, and I'm fairly confident that the problems in the past won't be repeated ^_)^ |
