| Dishonest & no support: I purchased a two year hosting contract. After 16 months, I wake up one morning to find a notice on my website stating that they have altered the terms of their agreement and if I want to access my account, I have to pay a monthly fee. I'll post the notice below. When I contacted them, they threatened to delete my account! Avoid them like the plague and stay away!

| Service was lacking from the get-go. Now they must be out of business as my site (and Jay's site) went down without warning. Switched to GoDaddy and have been happy ever since. |

| While they were up and running I only had a few problems with them, but now tech support has disapeared, sign ups have been stopped and even there own website is suffering from a serverwide database problem. |
