| ya, ok, i've known kris for years now and i've seen this place grow...calling it a "startup" or the like would be correct along with that it's always best to go with them, they do this because they love to. Kris loves to help people - yea they overwhelm her most of the time but if you throw in a support ticket instead of bumbarding her with IMs you'll get exactly what you need - support. And very fast, she's on everyday, most of the day, and it's HER business! right?? she wants it to grow and be the best...well thats why it is...because of the individuals passion for this. The prices are some of the most reasonable you'll see, even though she may end up breaking even...it's not ALL about money. on the other hand you can't count it out seeing it is her source of income..."startup" hosting companies are the best - and kris is a very passionate person towards helping people create their domain...learn, grow, excel in web design. you can't beat the connection you get with kris, you're not calling up some big company asking a question and then having some random worker bee go through their standard troubleshooting wizard that they're clicking away on at every simple answer you give them...she takes your question and immidiately has an idea as to whats wrong. and if thats not it she will dig and WILL find it to help you, a real person, not a robot. thats why this business is great at what it does. |
