| I registered an account last november. At first everything seemed to work, but then suddenly everything went down in december.
They are not answering on e-mails, they have removed their custom support forum and they have removed their real address from their homepage.
The worst thing is that they still are charging my credit card (almost 4 months of downtime).
Whoever consideres choosing Northwind, DO NOT. They are stealing from their customers. |

| In the time I have been with Northwind, my website has experienced countless hours of downtime, and although the support wasn't too bad at first, there is no support whatsoever now. Northwind hosted websites are constanly down. I would highly recommend that customers look elsewhere. |

| After my last host decided to pull the plug on their server with 24 hours notice, I had to find a new host and move my site quickly. The team here at Northwind was very patient and helpful with the move. I had never moved a site before and my sql database was quite large and ended up being corrupt. With the help of Northwind and a coding friend (X-Istence), we were able to repair the database and get the site back to its old glory. Since the move, I have tried some new things where again I needed support. Northwind Support was always there in a timely manner to offer any help they could. Northwind, my members and I thank you. We plan on being here a while. |
