| the host has a poor telephone support service. Poor systems administration, they emailed me and told me i have used up all my bandwith (1 GB limit) and and exceeded by 318 GB!!!! is that possible??? so to fix the problem they increased my capacity to 500 GB. Its ridiculous! |

| this host does not provide a landline support tech center. I tried calling their phone lines twice and no answers. Very scary! |
