Good people but poor Support [ Posted on 23 September 2004 ]

I had to move all my domains from this company recently. The support was good at first but after 3 months things went downhill FAST. There was at one point where the entire server was down for 16 PLUS hours. It was highly unnerving. It was a total waste of two entire days time moving my clients to a new server. I am certain the problem was the Helm Control Panel more than anything but they take a stance of 'ignore the problems and they will go away'. Excuse after miserable excuse.
