| I wouldnt recomend this company to anyone either, I have been with them since 2004 at first everything was fine but now the hosting period is over they stopped contact and stole my domain name. |

| I wouldnt recomend this company to anyone they are the worst hosting company I have come across. I recently purcahsed, sorry made an attempt to purchase the silver hosting package with PWS. I entered all my details etc, I never recieved any informations from PWS in relation to my purchase for over 2 days...I had to contact them in the end and their so-called support staff was most unhelpful. Their support was virtually non-existant and their support forum was down and had been for days. 4 days passed and eventually after getting nowhere I decided to cancel the account. I wrote to the company telling them I wanted to cancel the account and was told by a member of their staff [because we have recieved no informations from the concerned department in relation to setting up your hosting package you can request worldpay for the cancelation of you account]. I cancelled the agreement with worldpay and then noticed that PWS had infact billed my card for the ammount of £9.99 for a service I never received. My advice would be to steer clear from this company. |

| Agree with all the negative comments made so far... was with Prowebspace for about 18 months and had nothing but trouble with them. Forgetting the downtime, lost backups and downright lies on their forums, they also managed to change the T&Cs of service several times (regarding shell, chatrooms etc.) putting resellers in a really bad position.
Avoid! Have now moved to Pixiehost who offer a similar service, but work. |
