| Autica Reseller (and Thrill Host and some other companies they bought) is actually MidPhase hosting and just recently they screwed up the backup of a server (after HDD failure), so that many sites where not avaialbel for 4 days! The worst, they hushed up the facts. They claimed (on their status page) the full time, that the host was avaialble because it responded to a ping. In general the support staff is very defensive in their answer, accusing others of bad mouthing them. Read their forums and you get an idea.
A bit earlier this year I had my site shut down, due to (false) non payment w/o any notice.
Also, I can't say that performance is too great at 1300+ doamins on one server. |
