| I paid £50 to fast-host. Decided they sucked and demanded a refund, they replied with a sarcastic response "you say you want your account removing? ok". never heard from them again.
e-mailed them at least 10 times, all ignores. |

| Believe me, Fats host is the worth host I've ever used not only do they not give you your hosting, they still take your money. There support never works, in fact I'm pretty sure I had my IM telling me their IM was non-existant. Anyway, as of late they WILL NOT accept newer customers, I was a new customers only 6 months ago, I PAID, I GOT NOTHING, not even an email, NOT even an active domain name, not to mention sites running on them are always down. Basically they lie, they are most likely dead, as they won't register your domains, send out an email, or even activate your account, however they still get your money as that's done through automatics. STAY THE **** AWAY FROM THEM. |

| I've been with this company for almost a year now. To start with service was very good. Now I wouldn't even go near them. For the last 6 months there has been no support at all. and my sites keep going down, very poor service. There uptime guarantee of 99.9% is a joke quite frankly. |

| DO NOT USE FASTHOSTS! These people will keep billing you up to 6 months after you cancel service. These people are scamming, do not sign up! Im so sick of sending them emails to cancel now its my third time and they still keep billing my card. |
