For more than four years we have not experienced any problems with out site with HiVelocity. Recently, we noticed we could not access. Once online chat with HiVelocity Support and within minutes it was resolved.

In the past 2 years it has been one thing or another with the 2 servers I have with them. My other servers with other hosts never have an issue. Most of the time the issue is their service is slow or down due to denial of service attacks.

i run a magazine and it is important for me to have my site up all the time and also to have good load speed for the pages. I think HiVelocity meets these criterias on both fronts with much aplumb. I have as a matter of factly never had a problem with any servers or other issues but it is comforting to know they are 24/7 if I need them.

3 years and still happy. We also lease 2 dedicated boxes with them, in addition to the reseller hostng. There is always someone available and the network performs good.
