We have hosted with many host over the years and find that most do not care if your website is up or down. We have never called support or the main office that they did not act fast to over come our problems even if it was from our bo-bo.

Our site has been hosted by American Netlink for several years now. Recently they have had major server problems with days of down time. Their tech support is clueless. We kept getting the run around. Finally someone admitted that they had decommissioned the server our site was on and did not know where our website was. After going through several tech support reps, we were finally able to find one that know what was going on and was able to get our site going again.
