| Downtime is terrible. Support person is very defensive about problems. Last month sites were down for over 24 hours - reponse from the admin.. "i was on my wedding anniversary date and my cell phone didn't work and that is why i never responded to your ticket until now" ---unacceptable! |

| Equivity claims to have a 99% uptime, which is a total lie. They also took my website down and demanded extortion payments from me. I lost all of my work and now I can't get it back because equivity won't give me my files back. These guys are SCAM ARTISTS!!! |

| Fast support but even I let them know my needs BEFORE signing, 5 days later I get 24h to leave because of use of CPU resources.
And they don't want to refund me !!! Their 30 days 100% money back guarantee is just scam ! |
