| I went with X-Gravity in September 2004. I liked Andy, the young man who started it, and even though it was a small operation, the pricing was so great that I thought I couldn't pass it up. Support was decent, though spotty at times. But then on January 1, 2005, my account went down, and so did everyone else's on the server I was on. Their toll free number is disconnected, no response to my emails.
I saw an email posted elsewhere that their server crashed, and they terminated all the accounts on it. Since I paid in advance for a year, I now have to see if I can get my credit card company to refund the money. I'm now in the process of finding another host. |
