| I have been with this host since about october last year. The original owner is a good guy. The new one is just an asshole to me. First..stupid account suspension, don't know how a file go there. But oh well. I have 2 sites, so I send in an email. A day later I send in a support ticket, maybe they didn't catch the email. Then I get, don't put in multiple tickets on 1 thing otherwise no support for 60 days!! OK, what kind of crap is that, no support for 60 days. I do not recommend this host to anyone. |

| Whenever i have a problem zerx support people are always helping me, and i have never noticed my site get slow or any downtime! As for the "Sucks" review by techdeckciti.com if you do a whois you will see zerx doesnt host them, please do not judge that review! |

| Wonderful is the word! Helped me with questions. I have a large package from them and I have 4 domains. Every time I asked how to add the domain to my package they get me step by step on how to do it! 5 out of 5! Zerx is Zee Best! |
