| Used to get decent support... although they still aren't stable. If you have constant traffic you'll notice eratic dips. Also, two weeks ago there whole server was down (including all sites) for 17 hours... and I've still yet to hear from them regarding it. They've changed IP's a few times in last 5 months which resulted in a 24/7 news site showing 3 days old news in both instances. If you want to show pictures of your family - it's a great plan, but fails miserably on a commercial level. |

| I'm proud of the fact that I'm currently being hosted with FastEZ, the owner has been very helpful in any areas I've required any help in. The server is very reliable, and the configuration interface is very easy to use! I Love FastEZ Hosting now, I'm yet to find a host like this, the owner isn't really in it just for money, he loves what hes doing, and is the most down to earth person i know, we've become pretty good friends and I might even get a job with them! :D |

| I came to FastEZ Hosting with hardly any knowledge of web servers or hosting whatsoever. The owner more or less took me under his wing and taught me everything I needed to know to get me started. Now I am hosted with them and getting some of the best support/service I have ever experienced before with a Hosting Company. |
