| Really a bad service; I set up my account and uploaded my web site but now their control panel is not working and I can neither delete nor update my files. Of course search engines will continue to crawl and list my outdated pages as long as they exist, and it's very frustrating to have an old version of a site and no way to remove it; they are not even replying to emails. I suppose those at SapphireSoft are running away, but please... at least switch off your servers before leaving. |

| Yep - after being down for over a week (their siet too) they then told me my accoutn was terminated without notice or warning. They haven't yet expalined what they will do with the balance on the account. My guess is that they're going bust. |

| $1 web hosting is very cheap, but don't expect your site to be online all the time. The "uptime guarantee" is a complete lie. |

| Incredible. Nobody can believe what these guys are doing. All sites hosted there are down from last Saturday (06/18/2005)...!
It´s impossible to reach anybody there, and their site is down too!
Maybe they runned away and all their clients are - like me - without anything to do.
i´m a webmaster and i have 21 sites hosted with them... imagine that I´m desesperated. |

| I had several accounts with SapphireSoft, however, they are the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. It seems like their servers are down on a regular basis. For example: The SapphireSoft home page itself has been down and unavailable for the past 36 consecutive hours. How can a hosting company survive when they can not even keep their homepage up and running? Their site is not down for maintenance because some of my accounts are also down. Every time they get it back up and working and I question the outage or the down time they either deny that it ever happened or swear that the problem has been permanently resolved – just frustrating to deal with. SapphireSoft have almost NO customer support – NO phone number to call, no live online help (like they advertise) – the only way of reporting problems or requesting help is by submitting an online “help ticket” (but how can you do that if their site is down?). What draws people to SapphireSoft is the “free” or “1$” per month hosting packages but let me tell you – DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHIN FROM SapphireSoft ABOVE THE $1 PER MONT Plan – it simply is not worth it. Here is something interesting – click on the domain names for the two organizations above that have written positive reviews for SapphireSoft – they do not exist any more. Don’t take the recommendation of a user who no longer subscribes to the service. In a nutshell - the uptime guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on and the customer support in almost non existent. The best advertisement for this company (SapphireSoft) is the fact that they can not even keep their own homepage up and running. |
