Problems since day 1. FTP server has to be rebooted weekly. The don't allow existing customers to take advantage of deals that they give new customers. How do they expect customer loyalty?

I've been a RackForce customer since 2003. And during that time I've never experienced anything like some of these very old reviews talk about. The problem with review sites like this is that only people who are really unhappy post their comments and it's been my experience that most of the time these comments are unfounded and exagerated - a form of retribution for not getting what they want. I think you should remove old comments as they are in no way valid three years later.

They are the worst I have ever had and yes, sites have been down over 12 hours! Dump and run. They are a load of crap!!!!

My server has been down now for 15 hours with no information from tech support. Very very angrey with them. I have almost 100 domains hosted on that server and have already started to lose customers.
