| I had a lot of problems with CobraHosts.com when they switched owners sometime in late 2006/early 2007, culminating in them failing to respond to repeated technical support inquiries and then eventually de-activating my accounts for no valid reason (despite continued payment). | Well, things look to be good at first. Quick answer, good server. But quicky, we have lots of downtime. It seems that the PHP interpreter has some problem. After monitoring the server, i see that everyday we have at leat 22 minutes of downtime. But the week end we have lots lots of downtime (we are now at the half of the month and we cumulate 4 days of downtime only for this month). I submitted several tickets that simply disappeared... What's more, i asked 3 times why they disappeared, and i still have no answer. The support is good when you subscribe but when you have a problem, you won't get it resolve quickly because it's only a reseller and he doesn't have access to the server. And the host company doesn't look really good at solving problem :( That's really bad because the reseller is really nice. |
