| well i have to say ive been pleased with this host because they have the best plans around that cant be beat and thier support staff is very good with certain things when they want to be. The only flaw i see in this hosting company is that they dont have the best support but they do have good support and they sometimess ignore me when i talk on messenger but other than that all i can say is if you go with this host i dont think you will be dissapointed. |

| My account was suspended due to some stuff with my bank and my leaving for boot camp. When I talked to the owner he fixed it all up for me. My downtime was minimal, but accounts shouldn't be suspended for canceling a subscription. Customers still paid for their hosting. He agreed and fixed it all without a problem. |
